The pot's round shape and 8-inch height x 12 inches wide make it a sizable option for both culinary tasks and decorative display. The metal bucket with a wooden handle, echoing a bygone era, is a unique find that would make a splendid addition to a collection or an authentic backdrop for rustic decor. This single-item set hails from the United States, reflecting the craftsmanship of the mid-20th century.

This is a great vintage piece for farmhouse, cabin or lodge decor. This vintage milking bucket was used to bring fresh milk into the home. It also had many other uses including a container for holding large amounts of varying food types in preparation for canning or preservation. The versatility of this piece made this a valuable item when people depended on the land and animals to provide for them.

Signs of normal usage are present. There is a small ding on the bottom under the pouring spout. Appears this was obtained through use, sitting the bucket and pouring the contents apparently. Made me smile to see this and reminded me of actual use of one of these. Small area of oxidation on the handle. All shown in the photos. Please see photos for description condition and measurements.
