This is a RARE set that includes three pieces. All you will need for cauldron and physical accessories. These appear hand made from the 18th to 19th century. These were obtained at a very eccentric auction in Massachusetts. I have not seen a set like this in over 30 years and very rare to find them that have stayed together in this condition.

The cauldron itself measures approx 4 inches high and approx. 6 inches across. It has a wrought iron twisted handle that is black. It sits on three stable legs that are attached with copper handmade rivets. The cauldron is handmade. Perfect gift for yourself or loved one for Birthday, Anniversary, Special Occasion, Valentines, Christmas, Thanksgiving, New Moon, Spell Casting, Rituals, Water Scrying, Burning.

The snuffer is for the extinguishment of items and or waste materials while in practice. It has a primary bowl and top that fits together. The top sits and does not interconnect making it easy to place on and off for different needs. The snuffer requires a stand to remain upright. I have been told that the snuffer can also act as a heating source for the cauldron with different fuel applications possible.

The stand is made of wrought iron. It is for the snuffer but could possibly be used with caution as a stand for the cauldron to place a candle underneath for a makeshift heating source for the cauldron. I have no evidence of this use, but imaging that may have been an idea of the designer.

Condition: There is normal wear and scratches to the surface. Very light tarnishing noted in spots. Small rust spots on the wrought iron. No holes noted in the cauldron or snuffer. Iron appears to have been painted at some point and has spots of flaking. This is period appropriate wear and appears normal for age and condition. No cleaning has been attempted so not to upset the original petina and allow the buyer to decide how they would like to treat it. It does appear to have been kept in very good condition.

Please see photos for description and condition. Please do all research before attempting actual use of vintage items. Handmade items could have specific uses that are unclear, and no instructions exist.
